・After receiving your inquiry, we will ask for details about the purpose and concept of the production.

・Please also let us know the contract period, budget, etc.

Estimate and production schedule setting

・We will submit a quote and set a contract and production period according to the plan.

・After signing the contract and confirming the order, production will begin. The contract period will be the production period.

Work will begin from the date the contract is signed.

- Please provide a detailed image when placing your order before production.

・Meetings can also be held using online tools such as Zoom and Meet .

・Once completed, submit the production data.

・Correction according to the number of corrections Additional fees will be charged depending on the number of revision requests.

・Final delivery will be made after corrections are completed. The contract will end after the final delivery is completed.

The production period is the contract period, and the period is determined for each production plan.

If you extend your stay, an additional fee will be charged. (Please see the pricing page for details.)

Q. Is it okay to just ask for a general consultation?

A. There is no problem.

We will organize your goals and objectives from the stage where they are still unclear.

Q. To what extent can you handle corrections?

A. Each plan has a set number of times.

Major changes in direction may require separate support.

Q. What about copyright and usage rights?

A. A clear contract will be made depending on the purpose and scope of use.

Q. Can I request both video and music at the same time?
